Boho Theme Christmas...

I'm real excited about this post because I finally get to share what I've been working on for our Christmas tree theme this year! I've toyed with many ideas, but kept coming back to one...BOHO! Yes, I'm keeping this Christmas au natural with different types of wood and natural elements. I also did a thing and incorporated my love for pampas into the theme to spice things up!

See the results below of both the fireplace mantle and tree:

my festive plaid pajamas are on sale too!

I get the majority of my Christmas mugs from Sweet Mint Handmade

Ta Da! My boho Christmas Tree!
We went to a tree farm outside of Banner Elk and looked everywhere for a fraser fir that was pretty whimpy & bare, but still full of life with character. We found it with this one!

I found these adorable birch wood ornaments & then proceeded to make my own macrame leaf ornaments to add something different. Of course, I used some of my pampas plumes as some tree filler.

I had these cable knit stockings from last year & they still hold up!
Our fireplace mantle has a huge centerpiece decoration sitting on top of the mantle, along with another beaded garland hanging in the front, so I had no idea where to put our stockings. I then remembered that I had a blanket ladder in our daughters nursery and used that to hang the stockings.

And here is the mantle!
I hand made the mantle centerpiece out of multiple pampas plumes and I also made the beaded/tassel garland thats draped in the front.
