Family Stay at Andrew Pinckney Inn...

This past weekend my family and I had the pleasure of staying at the quaint boutique hotel, Andrew Pinckney Inn, in Charleston, SC. Since we were staying in December, they have a fun 12 Days of Christmas experience going on through out the inn. The guests who stay, during the 12 days before Christmas, get to enjoy little gifts/experiences/moments each day. Every day hosts something different, and on our first day we were gifted a holiday ornament of the inn and specialty chocolates sent to our room; on the second day we got to have an afternoon reception to listen to Christmas Carolers!

This is the holiday ornament we were gifted on the first night!

I just love how quaint this little inn is and how convenient it is in the area!

Our room was super snug and the beds were so so comfortable. I'm all about the cozy pillows and I really loved how comfortable theirs were!

Not only did we get some sweet treats once we got into our room, but they knew that I was expecting and had some sparkling grape juice sent to the room as well. It was so delish!

The inn is actually a part of two buildings, and we stayed right across the street from their main building. Their breakfast & afternoon reception room was conveniently located in our building on the 4th floor--which made it easy for us to wake up real quick, grab some coffee and a bite to eat, and then head back to our room to get ready for the day!

There's also a little sitting area located on the lobby floor in the building we stayed in. Ryleigh and Justin were able to sit back and relax for a bit while I got some photos taken of Andrew Pinckney Inn.

I think the highlight of our trip was on the 2nd Day of Christmas, when they had carolers singing in the reception room. We certainly enjoyed listening to them, and they even asked Ryleigh to come up and ring the bells while they sang. She's a little bit shy with these kinds of things, but she surprised us when she walked right up there when they asked!

Right after Ryleigh had her shining moment, they asked for an adult to jingle along to one of their songs. Of course my husband jumped right on it, haha! He loves making people laugh & entertaining people.

In the main building, their check in area was all decked out for Christmas!
The employees at the Inn were super friendly and showed us so much hospitality, they even took our little family photo in front of their festive Christmas tree.

We stayed in a traditional double bed room on the 3rd floor that was super convenient to the 4th floor where the breakfast and afternoon reception was held. In Charleston you'll be doing a lot of walking, so the best thing to do at the end of a busy day wondering downtown is to hit the sheets. The bedding in our room was very soft and comforting, which was the most perfect and relaxing way to unwind and snuggle until we fell asleep.

Not only did our room come with a bunch of amenities, such as: wifi, a writing desk, heavenly down pillows, and plenty of toiletries, but the Inn itself has amenities like: a convenient tour pick up location, afternoon wine and cheese reception, concierge services, and complimentary breakfast! The breakfast is no joke either--they had a selection of different types of quiches, fruits, cereals, oatmeals, and they even had biscuits and gravy! It was so so good! Definitely not your typical continental breakfast.

Overall Experience:
I have nothing but positive things to say about Andrew Pinckney Inn! On top of everything that I have mentioned, I do need to say that the Inn is in a great location downtown. It's literally walking distance to everything in downtown Charleston. We spent most of our Saturday walking around and loved how close everything was. We were just right down the road to the market place and even to the pier where the Christmas boat parade was being held.
