Upscale Styled Wedding Shoot Preview...

Today's post is a very special one!

As you know, a couple months back, Justin & I were given the opportunity to be a part of a styled wedding shoot. Styled wedding shoots are great for vendors to come together to collaborate and promote, and essentially build an inspirationally gorgeous wedding to help inspire other young couples...but this was more than just a styled shoot. For Justin & I, it was a second chance.

I talked on my Instagram stories a while back, mentioning that we didn't have the "traditional" wedding. We were young, dated for almost 2 years, and found out we were pregnant with our daughter Ryleigh. We had talked about planning our future together long before we found out the news, and we ultimately tied the knot a couple months after in a small ceremony in Gatlinburg, TN. We weren't able to go all out for THE wedding that we wanted, nor did I get to try on the perfect wedding dress (my original dress I got married in was actually an ivory colored prom dress).
We were also unable to get a photographer, and had a family friend take our wedding photos...let's just say those photos didn't turn out very well due to over editing. I don't have any photos of our wedding hanging on the walls in our house, but all that is about to change!

I was contacted by Jess who was helping create an upscale and modern styled wedding shoot, and asked for Justin & I to be a part of it. Of course, I excitingly accepted and was so thrilled by the opportunity! I felt like this was our second chance at the wedding we never had, and would get many gorgeous photos back from this experience! I can happily say that I will be running to get these photos printed to hang in our home! :)

I've listed all the vendors who put on this breathtaking wedding. They did a phenomenal job and really hit the nail on the head with creating a chic and modern wedding! I love how they incorporated the black and white theme with a twist of soft warm tones to really make it vibrant and lively!
If I do say, it's definitely Pinterest worthy!
