Walking on the Dock Side

Happy Friday! I'm sharing another fun outfit that I wore around Charleston this past weekend, and I think you're going to love it! On our last day we spent the morning walking around inside the City Market, where Justin bought me one of those basket weave roses and snacked on boiled peanuts (my favorite!). It was so neat being able to see the different handmade items that Charleston locals created; so I definitely recommend adding the market to your 'list of things to do' when visiting the city! After, we walked down to the docks, in hopes that we'd get to see one of the cruise ships depart---sadly it did not, but it was still a pretty cool sight.

This striped linen dress was just perfect to wear around the coastal side of the City. It was also super windy that morning, so the midi length certainly helped out, haha! There are many things that I love about this outfit, including: 1) the button front, and 2) the tie at the waist. It has many different details, but yet it is simple enough to wear alone or with a white denim jacket.
